• How much does it cost?
The system is given to our clients free of charge, in the desire to provide another tool for the success of the business.
|
• How does it work?
After our firm receives the current documents and records, the system is automatically updated, and the data are uploaded onto a secure view-only Internet server (entry into this server is enabled only by means of a personal code and password) with no ability to revise the data.
This method enables the client to view the data in the system that was developed and designed in the most user-friendly fashion to display the data with no need to become familiar with complex accounting software, including graphs and administrative reports, from anywhere, in the most accessible and efficient manner, without being able to "destroy" anything.
|
• How safe is it?
With today's technological developments, mainly in the field of computers and the Internet, any business owner who wants to succeed must used advanced technologies in the business field as well, just as the large corporations do so successfully.
The software is protected by an advanced security system, and thus provides the same protection as when viewing one's current account on the bank's website without being able to make any changes.
|
• What data will I see?
In general, the data displayed depend on the scope of the accounting managed for you in our office, therefore we recommend that the accounting system be managed not only according to Income Tax requirements, but also according to the specific needs of the business (our firm will be pleased to advise on this point).
